Down to 150 pounds`

well I am not quite at 11 months and I am down to 150 pounds now at a 28-30 inch waist. I submitted a photo and should be posted soon. This is the best thing I have ever done.. Terry Meikle Valley City ND

Thanks Gus.. yes ND is a very small state. Maybe I will visit the Cal site. I think I am going to San Francisco this july so I might talk to folks about the trip and best places to go .. Thanks Terry
