Thank you.  That photo shoot was a lot of fun.  I didn't relize that the pictures would be all over the place like they are. It's kind of cool.

Not to get off the subject, but how was the Tough Mudder.  A friend of mine that had RNY and Myself want to run the one next year in Minnesota.  Let me know how it was.  If I buy you coffee sometime, would you be willing to sit down with us and tell what you did to train and if you would do it again?

Steve I would love to tell you all about the Mudder.  It was a ton of fun.  I was bruised and a little scraped up and sore the next day, but worth it.  I trained for 6 months to be somewhat ready for it.  Lets get together for coffee somewhere that has Wi-Fi, I'll bring my computer and go over it with you.  Yes, I will do it again, I'm already pre-registered for the Minnesota one in June next year.

Congrats! Did you do the photo shoot from Sanford? I did one in May or June, have not seen (dont know where) it will be posted. It was fun tho.

Don't single the rest of us out on your mudder review! just cuz I don't wanna break a nail I still want to see. Curt is thinking of doing the mudder next year. I will be the side liner cheerleader.

More than happy to tell anyone about it who wants to hear.  I'm getting a big team together for the Minnesota one next year and anyone who wants to join is welcome, just train and be ready for it.

The photo shoot was from Sanford.  They came out to the lake cabin and did it there.  It was a lot of fun actually.

Conrats of getting married, from the pictures looks like it was a very good day.

Curt wants to do the MN mudder next year too, says he will hook up with your group.

My interview should be posted in aug or sept I am guessing. It was fun! I read and listened to your video already- way to go, your a pro at public speaking.
