All of you!

Steve, Travis,Tammy,Vii,Janie, Steph etc... Missed most of you at the support groups this month. What do you mean you have a life? You think that is why we got healthy? Please... I was in it all along for the coffee!

 Just where are you all  hiding?

I know it is getting ok, it has gotten cold out, the holidays are crazy and life has to be lived.

Just know you all, even if not listed in my little rant are missed!

WLS holiday get togethers are coming up SOON

Sanford- Dec 14th 630-730, Bring a WLS friendly snack to share (and copies of the recipe)

Innovis/Essentia- Dec 14th 6pm to 730- Bring a WLS snack to share (and copies of the recipe)

I will be at the Innovis one this year.

Coffee is that same week- Hoping to see everyone within those dates!

Yeah, I missed the Sanford as I was out of town that night.  I think I will go to the Innovis one this time.  I suppose you are bringing your Turkey Pepperoni Recipe?  What would be a good snack to share?  I was thinking of Roasted Garbanzo Beans but am not sure.  I suck at making snacks.

We will have to make sure we announce coffee at the meeting too.

That could be a cool snack to make, chick peas/garbanzo beans roasted? YOu do have a recipe? If not I have one you can use LOL go figure- I know, stop that eye rolling LOL

I have a recipe.  You use canned garbanzo beans.  Probably the same recipe.

Still alive, I think about the groups the day after them, not the day before.  As you can see I don't even get here as much as I would like these days, work is blocking this site now.  Will put in reminder for Innovis next week and the coffee clutch so I plan to be there  I think....Hope.....  Now to think of a recipe.

Sorry I've missed so much.  It is nice to know I was missed.  I'm hoping to make it to coffee on Fri.  Life has not been easy lately (weight wise I'm keeping at goal though so at least that is good).  Hopefully I'll see everyone on Fri. night.
