Seasons greetings!

We shall be having our meeting  on a different date this month, due to booking of the room.

Bring a weight loss friendly snack to share and a copy of the recipe for people to take home with them. In the past I have made copies of the recipe like 4 to a paper and cut it into strips, that way no one had to write it down.

If anyone would like to bring their before pictures and current ones to pass around please do. What a nice time to reminisce and remember how things were and how far each person has came. It also gives the newer people a visual, that this does work! as long as we work at it.

Again, looking forward to seeing each person and spreading some cheer.

I do work that night, but hopefully I will be able to get down for a while over dinner.

Hey Kelly! I will try to remember and if I can make it I will bring my lil peanut with me. We probably won't be able to stay the entire time but will try to make an appearance. 

Austin Charles was born Monday, November 22 at 6:18 pm weighing 6 lbs 5.4 oz and 19.5 inches long. He was a bit early but is doing great. I am no longer pregnant and closer to my weight loss goal then ever before!

Congrats April and family! Welcome to the world Austin!!

You just bring that lil peanut if your able to make it.. he might as well be exposed to us crazy people too LOL
