Just found this post.  I have a question, I am an Innovis patient but am having my surgery at Sanford (because I dont want to travel to Park Rapids for surgery).  Are the support groups open no matter where or who did your surgery?  The one at Sanford is last Tues of month, does Innovis's have a scheduled date of the month?

Supports groups at both places are open to all. We don't care where you had your surgery at.
Sanford- Last Tuesday of the month from 630 to 730
Innovis- 3rd Monday of the month from 6 pm to 7pm during the summer. Fall-Spring from 6pm to 730pm.

Each group has something different to offer. I attend both. For me I give more support to one group and the other group I tend to get the support needed. If that was easy to follow.

When you get a bit out and are cleared to get in more foods/drinks, a small group of us get together once a month to have coffee or what other drinks a coffee shop has to offer. We do this once a month (as a rule) just for that added unformal support.

Thanks so much for the information, I printed it and put in my calendar.

Just spoke to Dr Garcia's nurse, I'm scheduled to see him on 10/15 and the nutritionist the following week.  Nervous & excited at the same time.  I'm gonna try and be at Innovis on the 18th.
