NORTH DAKOTA ASLEEP OR WHAT????

My Goodness.....North Dakota forum must be asleep or something.  Nothing going on here?  I can't believe that.  Hope all is well with all that have had this wonderful surgery and that those waiting like me, are keeping busy and trying to make the time go by faster.
I received my written "orders" in the mail from Judy this afternoon and was told to start the multivitamins right away so I am chewing my Flintstone right now.

I am glad you are excited.  You should be.  The waiting is hard but the end is well worth it.  I am one year out from lap band surgery and couldn't be happier.  I love this band. 

I have great restriction and am an exercising fool. 

Congratulations on getting your "orders" and keep us posted on how you are doing. 

 

Keep an eye on your vits. How many flintstones do ya have to have per day? Was this one your choice or did they tell you that was what you needed to have? Yeah I know 20 questions LOL I was just curious, each program/doctor is so different.
