Willieville (Williston area) "Support" Group
Ok, folks, we have found a number of us from Williston on this board, and it has been mentioned we should try to get together and do a support group. I understand at one time there was a group that Dr. Bruderer had put together, but it fell apart.
I'm thinking we need an informal group to just get together, have some fun, and pick each other's brains and offer support as we make this journey. None of us is an expert, and we still suggest consulting the pros on some stuff, but we can help each other out when we can!
So my next question is, what kind of schedule do you have that would allow you to meet? We can get together when the majority can be there, and maybe switch off now and then so others can join us. What works for you?
I'm pretty flexible, I set my own hours most of the time, so let's here from the rest of you!

Hi all, just wanted to say I haven't forgotten this, it has just been the month from H-E-Double Toothpicks, and it doesn't look like it will get any better until October. We bought a house and are slowly moving in, plus we have to move our business shop, plus we had to do some other things for the business, and my sister who is in a nursing home had problems, and I had to deal with those as well. So I'm a little busy right now!!!
If someone else wants to organize this get together, I'll be happy to take a break and attend!

There's not much I can say about this as I haven't had the surgery yet and will not know for awhile when I will have it but I am willing to wait until there's a better time for us to get something going. I know of a few people that have had this surgery but they do not know that I know.....you know???? hahaha and I don't feel I would approach them as they may be private people. As long as I know that there are those of you out there that are interested in getting together I am sure it will happen sooner or later. Good luck with the moving Val. I am happy for you. It has to be exciting moving to a new house in spite of all the darn work it takes. Also sorry that you have had "alot on your plate" lately. I'm sure it's been stressful for you.
Sincerely,
SandyM
