Finally getting the ball rolling !! Bruderer in Biz

I attended Bruderers informative session yesterday. I thought it was wonderful. Got my referral to see him approved today. I am mailing off the packet I filled out tomorrow. Have a physical on the 30th. Psych eval on the 8th of July and have it reviewed on the 15th! I am soooooo hoping things keep going this smooth. Just hoping and praying that when it comes time for insurance to approve we wont hit any bumps!

Thank you thank  you!  I have a feeling when it comes time to get insurance approval I may hit a speed bump  BUT Im trying to remain positive and at least know Im heading in the right direction.  Thanks again and best of luck to you on your surgery date!!

I'll have my fingures crossed for you...It wasn't that long ago i was in the same boat you are in now...I to was worried about the insurance and actually was expecting to be denied and ready to appeal...but much to my surpirse i was approved...Good Luck and I hope you have smooth sailing...

Good Luck! You won't need it though, I work in surgery and talk to reps alot and the guy *****presents the lap supplies says this doc is the man!! And he travels the whole state and Mn. I had the band done in Forks 2 years ago.

Thanks! I am getting more confidant that this is all going to go smoothly. I had my psych eval today and get the results on Monday. Have an appt with Bruderer next Tuesday!! whoo hoo!! His nurse Judy told me that BCBS of ND does not require a 6mth supervised diet at this time. I do not have any serious health issues as of yet..but have a significant family history of early heart disease (even death) along with diabetes.  Along with the discomforts of being overweight..sore joints, swelling, GERD, depression, some incontinence issues..so that should be enough reason.
