Liquid Vitamins

Anybody take liquid vitamins over the pills? Is one better than the other?

Ive read that the liquid vitamins have a higher rate of absorbtion than pills. I got some and they taste pretty bad. I can handle them only if I dont take any other meds with them and I have to eat a little something. Otherwise I get sick and throw up. I THINK mine are Centrum brand. Im not sure if any others are better or not. If you find a better brand let me know ok?

I use centrum chewables and they are fine. I haven't had any problems.
