Hi ANGIE, I wanted to join in the Friday roll call, never have posted much. My son is home on leave this week-end so we are having a family get-to-together on Sunday. He is in the Navy and is stationed in Norfolk. I hope everyone is doing well! Have a wonderful weekend.

Angie I'm working away and having a great day. I'm going to have breakfast tomorrow with the most beautiful woman in Gaston County. It's my favorite time of the week. Then we are off to the farmer's market in Charlotte. We go every weekend and walk around and never buy anything. It's fun to just be together doing nothing. Larry

Has anyone tried the Before and After Cookbook? I just ordered it from Amazon and thought I would try to cook some stuff. Nancy

Hi Angie, Busy day, I have to go for a bone density test, see the Dr. because I think my potassium is low. I have been have terrible cramps in my legs at night. Then something important a pedicure. The many errands to get thing tied up for Monday Saturday clean the house and Sunday church and just enjoy the day!!! Everyone have a great day!!! Pat

Well Angie you know me, I'm just hanging out waiting to get into something. Actually I'm doing much better, the sinus infection is finally getting somewhat better, and as for my foot, I'm now in a wheel chair, I couldn't do the crutches. I don't have the upper body strenght. I'm really tired and I can't get much food in, I'm sort of worried, I've only been able to get in around 30 g of protein in. I'm trying to make myself eat, but with this sinus infection, I just can't eat...So ya'll pray for me again...I need help....Love to you all, Sandi
