My Wow Moment

Today at work, I was in line purchasing a chicken sandwich and I finished paying and walked away. When I looked behind me I saw a person I knew, but she didn't recognize me. She was suprised that I looked so different from my weight loss. I felt great. I've had a few of these recently, but it's just so funny how you don't see someone for a while and they don't recognize you. I've gotten critical feedback too, but I just let them roll it off their tounges and move on. I'm so proud of myself, I'm down 40lbs. I want to lose 60 more, however, I don't know if my body wants to lose 60 lbs. In a few weeks I should be in onderland. I am actually looking forward to my birthday next month too. I want a mountain bike as my gift, however, I might wait a bit longer until I get a bit stronger. My back is beat from the weight and lack of muscle tone. Jennifer I look forward to many more WOW moments in the future.

Hey Jennifer, that's great. People can be so mean sometimes. I have a mountain bike. I love it. I haven't been able to ride since my foot problem. Keep up the good work. Take care. :kiss: Sandi
