help plz!

anyone out there know of a surgeon that will take someone weighing 500lbs ? will they accept medicade? i have tryed so many places ..they either wont take some one 500lbs or they wont take medicade.now i hear ya gotta be on some kinda of weight documented program for 6 months or medicade wont approve it??? anyone know anything bout this? thanks kimber
