Got denied because Dr didn't tell them I don't smoke

I was so upset today after getting the letter from Medcost .They said that the Dr did not say I was a non smoker and they do not cover a smoker.I felt bad but realize once they correct it .I should be approved.At least I think that way.I hope I am right.I am so stressed out with all this waiting.
