GOT DENIED BY NC VOC REHAB

Hello, I got a call on Friday from the raleigh voc rehab...and i was denied. I was told that somewhere in my chart it was noted that I have a sitting position for my job, I let her know that was incorrect information I'm a assistant to a MFM doctor and dialysis tech so i am never sitting down. and i don't have the complete 5 years of my wieght history. I have a little over 4 years of history with my weight. Anyway she said that I can file a appeal and get my pcp to send a letter on my behalf which is what i might do. It was just a big blow to me.
