Sick, please help me!

I apparently have the stomach virus my son had. I feel miserable with a fever, very achey and I have a very sore throat. I took my Adults Liquid Tylenol (first time I have needed anything since surgery). It is so sugery sweet, I threw it up. What else do I do. I really would like something something, I hurt. Any suggestions my husband can go get? I am 5 weeks post op.
