Good News on a Bad Day

Hi to all, I am Rachel, pre-op newbie to the board, long time lurker. Today has been and continues to be a really bad day for me, I have had to terminate a good employee. My first termination in my new role as HR Manager. Not Fun, especially when you like the person. I am a nervous wreck. But with the bad came some good news... DR.V's office has filed for insurance approval. I have been waiting anxiously for several weeks for some progress and finally got some, still don't have a date, but it is at least a step in that direction. Hope to see a lot of you at the support group meeting on Monday in Gastonia, Have a great weekend, send me some cheer up vibes and approval vibes!
