!! ROLL CALL AND WOW !! MOMENT

Happy Friday everyone and good morning. The weather is going to be wonderful this weekend, so we won't be stuck in doors. We all need to take the opportunity and get out and about and enjoy the chance to walk, exercise, work in the yard.....Ha! Actually I am going camping this weekend so I am very thankful the weather is going to be good. I have a WOW moment to share...I was weighed and measured at Curves this morning and I have lost 10 lbs this past month and 11.25 inches. I really do believe that Curves is helping me with my weight loss and also just a important the toning of my muscles. I have to thank the Lord for his many blessings because I know w/o HIM I would not be able to do what I do. I would love to hear from everyone. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. God Bless.
