Do we tell or not?

I have often been asked by pre opers, who did you tell about surgery? I personally have only told my dearest closes friends , the ones who do not judge me, my supportive friends, well I just learn my DH has told mostly all the people at his work, people I do not know I am so mad at him right now, he called me and in the back ground I heard some strange woman say " Congrats" , I am so mad right now . Any others out there who have trusted someone that betrayed you with your choice? I am not ashamed of my choice and I glad I had the surgery, but I guess I am worried of people saying things to me , that hurt, I know all you folks that have been big our entire lifes know what I am saying --- " you have such a pretty face " or how about " why did you not just do weigh****chers " one of my all time fav's " what will you do when you lose the weight"? Slim people have no ideal what us folks deal with. Allison
