I'm 5 days post-op and have a question?

I have a question. My surgery went really well, he was able to do it lap and when I went in for xrays on friday. They said no leaks. But my lungs hadn't fully opened up and my bowels were slow to get started. My 02 stats in the hosp kept dropping down to 85. Well monday I finally had a bowel movement and my breathing is getting a little better. They took the drain out on sunday. The drainage coming out looked really good. Almost clear liquid with little blood. But now on my left side I have noticed that I have hard spots near the surface of the skin. I'm wondering if this is just swelling. The only reason I ask is because my right side is fine, it doesn't even hurt like the left. The left side around the surgery cuts are tight. The skin is almost pulled. I'm wondering if anyone else had this happen to them. I have my first follow up on monday with Dr. Classen. Thank you for any help.
