Good Afternoon Everyone Especially Sandi and Maureen, All is well here I go tommorrow for my three month appt with my surgeon. I am ready to see what my labs are since surgery......... I am taking it very slow with foods. I know what works and what does not........ I introduce myself to new things slowly....... and only one new thing at a time so I know what is making me ughhhh.... I have been feeling pretty good since I got the allergy-cold situation under control. Had a blast with the kids all week. Tommorrow I send them back to the school system. lol Spring Fever ha**** my family terribly. We are most indeed ready for SUMMER........ not the heat but the freedom to do what we want and when....... Sandi I am confused of which email works for you being I have three in my address book........ I have a funny story to tell you....... Oh and my wow moment I have had a box of perfume arrive at my house through a courier service....... that is from some secret admirer.....UGHHH It smells ok but.......... I have a MAN............GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR btw it was called Lovely....... So I guess weight does change our lives in many unexpected ways....... Hugs to All Charla
