Hey Nancy Applebee's has a great grilled southwest chicken salad. I can't remember the exact name, but it is great. You can order a half-portion. At Crackerbarrell for lunch or dinner I usually order the meatloaf or grilled porkchop. Also, the grilled trout or catfish are wonderful. IHOP, I usually get the bacon omelette without the sour cream. two/three meals here and give the pancakes to my sons. Texas Roadhouse has some great salmon and baked chicken with steamed vegetables. I really don't eat out this much, but I really don't have any problem finding something anywhere I eat. At Azteca I usually order the chicken con pollo. Rice doesn't give me any problems and I put my emphasis on the chicken. Larry
