Where Y'all At?!?!

I discovered this site well before my surgery.  I was on youtube first checking out the VSG stuff and someone had mentioned OH.  So here I came, and here I stay.  It has been so useful before, during, and now.  I have been slack since getting back from a summer with my youngest daughter in California.  I so need to get my head back on straight and back on track.  Haven't lost any weight since I have been back but not gaining either, which is good.  Do you ever go to the Support meetings at the Civic Center in Morehead City?  They usually have a very small group but don't know of any other group other than that one.  There is an Overeaters Anomyous in Havelock that I have thought of attending.  I am without a car at this time though.  Son finally picked it up today and hopefully can fix it.  I am one of the "older" VSGers but it is never too late I don't think.  How well have you done?

I can't make it to those meetings in morehead because I have no one to babysit my daughter atm :( I would like to go but this forum is good support :) I wish I had found OH before my surgery. I think surgeons should suggest their patients join here to be honest. Its been going pretty well for me. Especially since I found OH and got such helpful tips :) I struggled a bit the first few months, but my head is finally in a good place. Talking to people going through the same thing really helped with my depression.
