Late Wednesday Roll Call

Sorry all,

I slept in and didn't get a chance to do this before work. 

I just did a HUGE mistake.  I just drank an Ensure and my tummy is so upset!!!  Don't think I will be doing that again. I think it's the high sugar level.

Today is work, then chores me thinks.

Wow, I've just had a lot of unexpected excitement in my normally low key life out here in eastern nc. lol! My hubby got a interview for later on this month in our home state. we are Excited!! if the job is a good fit for him then we'll be here in NC another 17 months before the move... but still its a exciting new thing in our lives. All prayers would be very much appreciated!! He's such a hard worker, I just hope its a good fit for what he's looking for at this stage of his work.

I'm not sure if I've talked about this much but I'm having problems with my current gym. I love the place and the other ladies that workout there. The problem is the child care hours no longer work for me since I took a second job. I know the owner is stretched thin so I don't feel like I can ask for more child care hours just for me. Secondly, I don't really care for the front desk person. She is a bit inexperienced and/or selfish when it comes to customer service. At the end of the month I'm changing gyms. Makes me sad but I need more gym time at this point of my weight loss journey!

Sorry about your experience at your gym. Does the owner know the issues with this front desk person?  Since I work at a gym myself, I know the importance of going out of  your way to make every member feel accepted, supported and understood. I hope you can find a gym you are comfortable with.
