Wednesday Roll Call
Hi all,
No work today just the dentist. I have to work all day tomorrow though. I am working on getting some speakers set up for my Monday morning support groups. I'm going to see if they would be willing to talk at the monthly one sometime in the future.
I am getting spring fever. I really want to plan some outside group activites when the weather decides to cooperate. There is so much to do around here. It can be overwhelming.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.
Tomorrow I'm back at it tho! Got my free weights workout in this morning and will be at the gym this afternoon again. Decided to change gyms and I'm looking forward to a new place.
