Chilly Monday Roll Call
HI all,
Well we had our first dusting of snow last night! That is fine, don't mind overnight dustings. I know some folks want a lot of snow but I had my fill up in PA the last three years.
Today is my support group at Curves. Then put in a few hours in other stuff. I have a dental appointment this afternoon. I have no idea for what. I never remember lol. So I will be all numbed up this evening for a little while.
Have you ever had the same dream all night? That must mean something. huh? I know I had to play footsie with the dog all night. Every place I moved, she moved into. Why doesn't she bug her dad all night. She bugs him all day long and then ME all night. Go figure.

Today is an exciting day! I get to see Dr. Sudan and have my diet shifted! Also having a group session which I'm sure will be fun.
I let the dogs out last night to play in the snow and they did zoomies around the yard for a good half an hour. I think they were more excited than I was!!
For the past couple of nights my left thigh/hip has been super sore like I've strained it too hard or something but I can't think of what I've done to do so. Its fine during the day and then when I'm trying to sleep it flares up and I have to take pain meds for it. :/ Guess I'll ask the Dr. about it.
