Monday Roll Call

Hi all,

Well, I didn't do ANYTHING I said I would yesterday.  Shame on me. I must focus today on getting things done. 

I'd like to hear some of your tips on staying on task, keeping focused and getting things done.


Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

This happens to me all the time.  I really find the best way for me to stay on task is to make "appointments" for everything I need to do on my calendar.  I set certain times of the day for each activity/chore like exercise or homework or housework for that matter.  Then I check off as each is completed.  It really gives me a great sense of accomplishment to have checked everything off by the end of the day!
