Very Late Friday Roll Call

Hi all,

Went to workout at Curves this morning.  Wanted to see what time I would have to leave if I worked mornings.  Two more workouts and I can come on board.  Today, well, it's a few errands, pay some bills and of course, study.  I have a lot on my plate these days.

What are you up to?

You can do it!! Just one thing at a time. How did you like the Curves workout? I've never joined a Curves but my mom's friend lost well over 100 pounds while working out at a Curves. Enjoy the weekend.

Yea I went and got around the circuit once but not twice.  I will have to work up to that.

I honestly feel so much better having lost some weight this week. I'm only two pounds away from my pre holiday weight. Yippee! Another BIG (almost bigger than losing weight this week) is that I made it to hot yoga this morning! I've been trying to attend this Friday class for over two months! Every Friday that rolled around I would over sleep and then feel really bummed about it and my motivation for the weekend wold take a nose dive. NOT Today!!

Congrats on your Curves gig!  That's awesome!

How was hot yoga?  sounds interesting.

I spent my afternoon taking down all the Christmas decorations both inside and out.  Then I had to clean out and rearrange the shed to put it all away!  Some good sweating going on!

I started my online classes this past Wed and have already submitted my work for this week.  Got 100s on all my assignments!  Yay!

This was a new yoga instructor for me. You know everyone is a little different. There was three poses I could not do and she didn't give me enough guidance on modifications. I need to talk with her next time, bring my yoga strap and yoga block. Its been 6 months since my last class and I'm really tight. Even with some work I don't think I can do those three poses.

I don't go to a very fancy gym so it wasn't true hot yoga where the room is set to 108 degrees (no kidding!). It was more like warm yoga. About 10 minutes into the class I was sweating big time! I liked that. Also, the instructor was great. She was very inspirational when she talked with us this morning. Lots of positive and encouraging talk. I'm going back for sure!!
