3 meals at work? Help
I'm at 3.5 weeks and I go back to work tomorrow for the first time. I have 3 meals to eat so I'm taking a protein & fiber drink for one meal, yogurt (4 oz) for another and 3 crackers, a slice of cheese and thin deli turkey slice for the other.
Is this enough? Oh, and too many vitamins and calcium to fit in, lol.

Hi Maggie!
I would suggest that you revisit the schedule provided by your dietician. I typically pack an additional "meal" so that I could have a just in case meal.
My dietician speaks alot about combinations at meals and so think about what you can add to the yogurt meal if this fits with your dieticians plans.
Three weeks out I was still on full liquids-and I typically travel with extra protein packs.....again just in case.
My earliest "meals" were pureed of course. I had northern beans, white navy beans, applesauce, added unjury to chicken broth, pudding, and jello. I also had cottage cheese, and greek yogurt.
Hope this helps a bit-and good luck this week!
Take care,
Harriet
