I thought I read you lived in Mebane? That's where one of my co-workers is from. Sounds like you have the 6 month supervised program. While that seems to be a major pain use that time to educate yourself and make those small changes that you'll need for life as a post-op patient.

I have to admit to laughing when I read your vitamin concern. I thought I'd have that problem too but now it's become such second nature that it's like brushing my teeth - I wouldn't dream of leaving home without doing that.
