What doctor did you go to or will be going to?

I too went with Dr. Enochs. He Is a great surgeon. I had no complications. Was home from the hospital the next day after surgery. Quick recovery. All my other docs PCP, gyn, gastro... All had good things to say about Dr. Enochs.

I am in Jacksonville n.c. and I am having my surgery with Dr. James Harris in Wilmington. Has anyone heard about him or know anyone that had surgery with him, He seems like an awesome guy and knows his stuff pretty well. I get my surgery date on Tuesday..so I am pretty excitied about it..I am also looking for penpals in the Camp Lejeune and Jacksonville area.. Good Luck everyone!!!!

I had my surgery in Concord by Dr. Roc Bauman.  I had laparoscopic RNY.  He is VERY knowledgeable, has a ZERO percent mortality rate, and an excellent pre and postop followup program.  

I have researched and have found that the DS is the best surgery for me.  Even though there is a surgeon closer to me who does the DS, I have chosen Dr. Sudan at Duke to do my surgery.  My initial consult is on April 18th so I haven't actually met him yet but that's who I'm going to. ;)

I had my surgery with Dr. Kenneth MacDonald.....he is with Southern Surgical in Greenville, NC. I would recommend him or any of the other partners there!
