I got my bathrooms done this week and we are so happy at the wonderful job that was done.
We learned that the past workers that had worked on our house did a horrible job.
Mother wants to sue them but Lee and I talked to her and said it would not be worth it and pointless aftre seven years since the work was done.
Oh my life can teach us soo much.
Between myself and my friend we prepared a wonderful Thanksgiving meal.
Mother joined us and she enjoyed her time here.
I will say a Kosher turkey from Trader Joes is so worth it.love reworking standard sides making them lower in fat and sugar and having all my guest totally loving what I prepared and never knowing I had reduced the fat and sugar.
My friend Sharon Chen joined us and she told me she is now wearing 18's I am very proud of her for making positive life style changes.
My mom on the other hand made a hurtful statement saying she wished I would loose weight since my surgery.
I was like in total shock when she said this and Sharon looked at me thinking what in the hell is she talking about.
Then as we were eating mother goes why are you not eating more OMG.
I told her I have to eat slow and I fill up fast and left it at that.
This morning my sister called to tell me my brother was taken to the hospital while spending time in VA with his inlaws.
My sister will keep me informed on his condition and we have decided not to let mom know until we know more.
As I have always said I am so grateful to have wls because of all I can do.
I cleaned and cleaned before the new bathrooms got put in prepared the feast for yesterday cleaned before and after the dinner and still have energy too.
I just pray my emotinal energy is up to par dealing with my family drama.
I am working Saturday unless we have to go to VA.

Hey Annie, I am happy that you had a good thanksgiving. Mine was pretty good. The kids ate and ate and I was content with the little turkey and gravy I had. I ate one deviled egg and I was like ok, thats enough. I would have come on here sooner but OMG my back has been killing me for the past like 3 or 4 days. I have been having to take tylenols unfortunately. The doctor is sending me to get some xrays done. But anyways, I just wanted to wish u and everyone else a happy belated thanksgiving. Honestly, I am soooo glad its over. Now comes the major holiday in my family. Yea christmas lol. The kids are already saying, I want this and I want that. And what am I doing, I got my pen and paper in hand lol.
