Today my family celebrated my mothers 80th birthday.
My sister did a great job organizing everything.
I saw friends and family I had not seen in years.
The  responce was I looked great.
Even the priest who married us came to the party.
The down side of it all was my dear brother who was not feeling 100% and was feeling very self conconsious to tell you the truth he did nott look well and my heat hurts for him.
Many pictures were taken but I have made the choice not to look at them yet.
I still see 680lbs  and cant shake that vision.
My mom had a good time and I had a small piece of birthday cake I did not push the envelope.

I am not ashamed of me any more and enjoy talking to everyone.
The one thing I told fiends of the family was I feel great.

Tomorrow I am looking forward to walking my dogs.

Annie,

Congratulations on your many accomplishments. I'm so glad that you were able to see so many friends and family and enjoy the time with your mother, brother and sister.

I understand not being able to see the new you. It takes quite a while for us to see ourselves as we are now. In some ways we may be even harsher and more critical as we look at our new selves, but remember that you've come a long way baby, in so very many ways.

Wishing you continued success my friend,

Barbara
