Acne after Bypass????

Hello Friends....I'm 3mths out and now having a serious problem with acne.
I really don't understand. I NEVER had breakouts before my bypass. After all the funky junk food and soda's I use to have, my face was ALWAYS very clear.
Now that I'm eating right and drinking plenty of water my face is breaking out BAD.
Has anyone else had this problem????

I have the SAME problem! I'm 5 weeks out today and my face has broke out so bad! I had a little bit of acne before but now its 10x's worse! I know my hormones are outta wack and thats prolly your problem too, since our body is going thru rapid weight loss. I'm gonna get online and see if there is a kick ass product to use aside from Proactiv or the Avon product. Good luck, I hope things get better soon! 

 I am 10 weeks out and i have had the same problem.  Mine started about 2 weeks out.  I didn't really have break outs even as a teenager i didn't have a problem. Now I am my face and cheat are broke out.  I thought it would stop but so far it hasn't.  

I also thought since i was losing a lot of weight and i am feeling more confident i am putting make up on everyday but when i didn't wear it for a week it didn't get any better.  I hope that it will go away! 

It seems to be a rather common problem that doesn't last very long. I've heard that they think it may have to do with some of major hormone swings that happen right after surgery... kind of like being a teenager again! :-)

It really will get better and you'll be so pleased with the long term results.

Well I guess I feel better to know that I'm not the only one.
I will be waiting to hear if there is another product out there. I went to the mall and almost got some proactiv, however I thought it was $20 but it was $50. I may have to wait on that because I dont go back to wor****il the 15th.
Barbara it is so good to know that this will go away, that really brings me joy. I will be praying that it goes fast!!!!

If  you  order  the  proactive  online  or  over  the  telephone  it  is  cheaper. I  ordered some  for  my  teenager and  his  acne  is  almost  gone!  I  ordered  online  and  it  was  a  3 month  supply   of  the  3  different  treatments plus   "2  free  gifts" for  19.99  plus  the  shipping  and  handling  which  all  came  to  27.00.
