A new kind of food comfort for me

I bought a teapot from Avon about a month ago it holds about 2.5 cups of tea.
I love all kinds of herbal teas and have really enjoyed having 2 pots of hot tea in the morning or well If want some.
I sweeten it with Truvia.
I find it relaxing and calming and keeps cravings away.
Fortunatly I dont have many cravings nor do I act on them but yes every now and then the potato chip monster gets in my head.
On those rare occasions I will buy a lunch box size bag of chips and always try to buy baked ones.
Oh yes I have seen the multi pack in Target but I wont buy them.
Then if I have a dinner party and have friends over I send big bags home with my friends.
