What are you planning to do today?
WLS has really helped change my life. It has improved my health, my quality of life and appearance. Each day I try to start it off thinking about what I want to that will allow me to continue to enjoy these things.
This is what I'm planing to today:
Taking my supplements
Starting all meals with Protein
Making sure I get plenty of fluids
Taking a walk
Logging on to give and recieve support

Hope all is going well, I plan to have a quiet wed, as my children do not have me running around after school (as of yet) I am planning to eat well and walk after work. My weight has stabalized at a great weight for me and I am hoping it stays there. I have been quite slack on working out but i need to get back into a routine. Ben seems excited about his gym time, but for me I think the gym kills people LOL!!!!!!.

Hi Audra,
He told me that the 'skinny ass girl' said Hi and couldn't remember your name for the life of him :-), but the comment really made an impression. I'm like you about the gym... not so much, but he likes it and it seems to help him in many ways, so that's a good thing. I guess we all just have to do what works for us, we just have to find 'it' an do 'it', whatever 'it' is.
I'll be there in October and hope to see you then.
