Any VSG'ers in the Hickory/Lenoir area?

My wife & I are having our VSG's done at the same time by Dr. Aceves in Mexico.  We're self pay, so that's why we're going abroad.  Just wondering if there are any fellow sleevers in the Catawba Valley?

I live just south of Charlotte in SC. Just starting out at the beginning of all this. Will have my surgical consult on Oct. 20. Have been leaning towards the sleeve also. Fortunately for me I work for Carolinas Healthcare System and don't have too many hoops to jump through for insurance. My heart breaks for those like yourselves who have to self pay or can't get the coverage.
