Good Morning Everyone!      Can you believe it is hump day already?

How was your day yesterday?  What are your plans for today?

Yesterday was another mind boggling day at the office and then I took my first yoga class.  Boy Oh Boy do I need to work on stretching, flexing, etc.  I really, really need to work on my abs, too.  The class was an hour long and was to see how "fit" the class was as a whole so the instructor would know where to start with us.  It is a beginner class and I am so glad that I am able to do a lot of the moves she showed us.  But do need to work on everything!  When we finished my legs felt like jello.  But all in all, I really enjoyed the class.  We had representation of all age groups for both male and female.  I woke up this morning and could feel slight aches everywhere.

I will really push the fluids again, that was a subject our instructor told us was so very important for our muscles.  So now I have several reasons to drink buckets of water and herbal tea.  I did get in almost 3 qts in yesterday, so I have increased my fluids a great deal this last week.

Yesterday I did go off my food plan for dinner.  My yoga partner and I had Waffle House for dinner after class.  I LOVE breakfast for dinner.  Those scrambled eggs and bacon tasted so very good.

Today I hope to finish mowing my lawn after work and will count that as my exercise since I have a couple of steep inclines to mow.  No riding mowing for this girl.

My food plan:

1. Click/Choc Protein/PB2/Banana frapp
2. Pumpkin Protein muffin
3. meatballs, sauce and cottage cheese bake
4. Oatmeal protein cookies and jerky
5. Bean and sausage stoup
6. Protein frapp (probably a blueberry lemon)

I think next time I bake and cook, I will freeze half so I am not eating the same thing all week long.

Hope everyone has a WONDERFUL Wednesday!

Hi Carrie,

I'm working on getting in my supplements and am doing better, but I'm not at 100% either. I'm also working on making sure that I have more lean protien. Last night I made a chinese chicken salad with a protien based spicy chinese chicken and noodle di**** was delish and Sarah took it took left overs for dinner. I'm thinking that we'll do something with a mexican theme to use up some salsa and other goodies we have in the fridge for tonight's dinner.

I hope that things go well for you today.

I've never tried CLICK, but have heard a lot of buzz about it. Where do you get it? Does it have a 'whey' protien taste?

Great to see you here and look forward to seeing you next time you are up this way.

Love you!

Candice, I am a coffee junkie.  I have at least one, sometimes two click fortified drinks a day.  I am on auto delivery for both the Mocha and Vanilla Latte Click each month.  I also have a kerig at home, one for the office and one for travel so that I can have my k-cups anytime I wish.  I drink it regular or decaf black or with creamer or soy/almond milk or with protein added.  I love the stuff.  I am also a gold card member at the 'Bucks.  This is my transfer addiction.  But seriously I am trying to cut down and add more water.

Good luck with your walk in Charlotte.  It sounds like it would be a lot of fun.
