I was just given two new jobs for September 11-12th on the 11th we are doing a PF Changs Mega Event so I have said I would cook in fact I am jumping up and down wanting to cook LOL
There will be another demonstrator next to my table who will hand out samples of the PF Changs dinner.
At the entrance there will be two demo people handing out fortune cookies and coupons directing guest to the sample area.
We all have to wear our normal uniform which consist of black pants, white chefs jacket black cap and 1 PF Changs black apron.
I am excited about this event.
Plus I had to take a test and score 100% so I could get a certification I completed the training I got 100 the first time.
Not hard because I am a Foodie.
Yes I love to cook and as I tell people I may not be able to eat much but what I do eat  I want it to be a grand experince!
Just like when I had Dalton's GUMBO OMG that was a grand experince.

PS I had lunch with my Avon leader and when she saw me she said I was the incedible shrinking woman.
I said are you tel me the truth she said yes.
I know I feel wonderful I dont weigh because of fluid issues with my legs but when I can go and go and go and do so much I know I am doing all the right things.
I had a dream last night I was totally feasting on a rare steak something I know I cant do unless it is cooked to total perfection.

It is never too late to be what you might have been.?

Not quite sure what Daft Punk meant by these lyrics, but I know what they mean to me---

Annie,

Congratulations! I have had and like some of the PF Chang's cook at home meals. I just look at the nutritional data on the package to decide which one to have and often 'boost' them with additional fresh vegi's. They are nice treat.

Congratulations on all of your successes and wishing you more.

Hi Barb,
I havent tried any of the frozen dinners because most have pasta or rice and I stay clear of pasta and rice mainly because it hurts.
I think I saw one with just beef and veggies.
I will know more the weekend of the demo.
I have had the pleasure of having thier lettuce wraps OMG they were out of this world.

Hi Annie,

Normally, I get the ones that are meat/vegi's. I've never seen the stuffing for the lettuce wraps in their frozen offerings. If you ever see 'em, please let me know. I'd love that!!

The more I think about chicken lettuce wraps in my mind it really could be an easy recipe.
So far I have figured most Asian places use ground chicken,****ake mushrooms and bell pepper and water chestnuts and onion.
As for the sauce it could be anything such as hosin to oyster sauce.

PS I went to a great Asian place in Southern Village and they use hearts of Romain for their lettuce

It's not that hard to make them, but I love to have some things like this stashed in the freezer for those busy days that I might otherwise consider eating out.
