Up and moving

My back is doing 100% better today.
I did wear a support belt and that helped alot.
I am moving along great it seems my back got better almost as fast as it went bad.
Maybe it is because of the wls who knows.
Dinner party is still on I have all ready prepared my anti pasta salad and a cranberry and apple side dish for tomorrow.
Tomorrow I clean like a crazy lady and cook the turduken.
I am such a foodie I cook while I am working and just laying in bed OMG.
Lee has moved the table into the living room to give guest enough room.
One of our guest is from Germany and is obese so I am going to do all I can to make sure he is comfortable.
Last week we went out on the boat and my friend from Germany was with us and when we docked he wanted to help tie the boat down well he fell and bent the door to the boat.
OMG I felt so bad for him but Lee told him not to worry about the door.
Hope to have pics to post.
Thank God for wls and for my back doing better.

Hi Sherry,
could not belive it but I cleaned and cleaned my whole house today cooked a wonderful meal
Had a great evening.
If this was a few years ago I would have had to hire someone to clean my house no way could I have done both.
I did it OMG I mopped and swept and cooked a 14lb Turducken and a anti pasta salad and an apple and cranberry side dish.
BTW I wore my chefs jacket too and size 14 black pants.
WLS ROCKS MY WORLD.

Annie,

I'm so glad to hear that you are doing so much better. Have a wonderful dinner and don't do yourself in cleaning... they are coming for your company, not to check for dust bunnies.

Hugs,

Barbara

Hi Barb,
No dust bunnies here I cleaned from top to bottum.
Dinner was a hit.
I am a little stiff this morning using the heating pad right now.
I will miss everyone this weekend.

Hi Annie,

You'll be missed too, but we know you'll be out working. I'm glad to hear that dinner was a hit.
