My son said he heard that Dr Kenneth Mitchell is leaving his practice in Pinehurst in November.  He is supposedly relocating to Columbia SC.  Why do all the good ones leave????  He did my surgery 3.5 years ago and I have lost over 200 lbs and kept it off.
