How do you feel? I feel great! I, too, have noticed since the beginning that I enjoy the outdoors more because I'm not so uncomfortable. I enjoy not being out of breath or breaking a sweat after going up the stairs, walking, etc.
Any WOW moments? I wore the smallest dress size I've ever worn in my adult life TODAY and am LOVING it.
Do you have any concerns? I'm currently experiencing a stall and am trying not to feel discouraged.
Congratulations on all of your successes. It's wonderful to feel so good and to know that it will just keep getting better.
Keep up the good work!
