Raleigh Area Support Group Tues 8/10 @ 6:30 pm

I am hosting a support group Tuesday, August 10, 6:30pm in Raleigh. The focus of this support group is behavior modification and is based on Dr. Judith Beck's 'The Beck Diet Solution.' You are welcome to join us. This is usually a fairly small group and has been really helpful to those who come. Sometimes we delve directly into one of the behavior issues, sometimes we go into some other issue that is related WLS in general.
