Well  I am off tomorrow  for final testing before submitting everything to the insurace company.  Wish me luck.  This process is almost like waiting on a baby. You dont know when its going to happen  but hopefully it will happen soon : )

I think you are so right with your analogy, and like having a baby, the best is yet to come. It will similar in so many ways, including the fact that it will be wonderfully life changing.

As of last week, I have completed all of the required testing, appointments, and patiently awaiting my surgery date. I think this is the hardest part so far. I know the first few weeks are going to be tough but well worth it. Good Luck with getting your date.
