You will not be able to have a gastric sleeve anywhere under $10,000. While a surgeon's fee might be around there, your hospital and anesthesiology costs will run much more.
Don't know anyone in NC but I live in Asheville. I used Dr Alvarez for my surgery over two years ago and have no complaints, regrets etc. If I had to do it all over again or if anyone asked me who to go to I would send them to him!!! Good Luck
