Checking in

Had a nice lunch with my brother yesterday who I have not seen since he got home from treatment He is 90 days sober and said he does not want to drink.
I am very happy for him and his family.
I worked today and will work on Sunday.
Going for my first PS consult on Thursday and getting cold feet.
I found some wonderful girdles that make me feel so fit and firm.
The idea of surgery is bringing up lots of old fears.
Other than that I am doing great feeling great.
Cant walk the dogs because of the extreme heat bulldogs and heat dont do well at all.
Thank goodness I have a home gym.
