Iris, I made your recipe with some minor changes and it is so very yummy.

If you missed the recipe that was posted last Monday I have pasted it below with my changes in Red:

Grape Salad -

1 block of Low fat cream cheese (softened)
1 container Greek Yogurt  (6 oz.)  I used appoximately 9 oz
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
1 cup Splenda Brown Sugar  I used Whey Low gold (can't tolerate the Splenda Brown sugar)
1 cup chopped nuts (I love Walnuts for the flavor)
1 large Bunch of grapes (red seedless work wonderfully)

Blend the first 3 ingredients together. Fold in the nuts and grapes. Refrigerate.
( I blended the first 4 ingredients together)

It makes a WLS friendly dessert or snack.

I hadn't thought about adding the protein powder - WOW!!! I love this stuff. Tried it last night using some apples that I had on hand - that's really good too. If you leave the fruit out and served it on the side it would make an incredible fruit dip for anything (apples, pears, grapes, bananas, etc).

Blessed are the flexible for they shall not be bent out of shape.
