June Challenge - Day 1
Who's movin' & groovin' with me? Yesterday evening was PERFECT walking weather. Warm but not hot. Breezy with no bugs.
I'm on track to meet my 60 mile goal. 2.13 miles last night !!!! I've got my shoes with me to possibly walk at lunch today but I'm not sure if that'll happen or not. It's supposed to be hot today so I don't like the idea of sitting at my desk all sweaty for the rest of the afternoon. If that's the biggest dilemema that I have today then it's going to be a fairly good day.
So tonight I'm planning another walk after dinner and 30 minutes of strength training. I watched the new Jillian Michaels show last night so I'm feeling super, duper motivated.

I did 2.8 miles on the treamil last night while I watched a movie we rented Dear John. I would rather walk outside but it was poring rain here in Charlotte. I started out at 1mph and worked up to 3mph and boy is that FAST!!! LOL
Woke up with sore legs and sides but cant wait to do it again this evening! Nothing like going to the pool with the kids to motivate me to come home and work out!! LOL

I'm using the challenge to kick up my running program. Unfortunately, I'm fighting a bronchitis attack. The first day was a forced run -- only 2.6 mi.
