I have lost my son...in pounds!!
Here are a few small wow moments that I have experienced since losing 70+ lbs! Some may not seem like a big deal....but they are all special to me!!
*Hopping in and out of my car without having to adjust the steering wheel.
*Going to see my son perform in the Special Olympics and not being deathly afraid of the stadium seating!
*Being able to complain that my pants are falling off instead of complaining that they are too tight. (Yes, I have went shopping and enjoyed every moment)
*Going DOWN in sizes....that is a first for me!
*Being able to cross my legs....I find myself doing it all the time now just for kicks!
*Being able to exercise for an hour straight without feeling like I just ran a 100 mile marathon.
*I have lost the amount of weight equal to how much my son weighs!! WOW!!
Thanks for reading! Cheers to many more WOW moments to come....

I'm pretty sure that I've crossed off all of those wow's except losing my son... my son's are over 6 feet tall and over 200 lbs, but I remember when I weighed less than them and that was pretty awesome.
Make sure that you keep a list of all of these 'little wows' because believe it or not, just like some of your son's first words and cute sayings you'll start to forget them and you'll want to remember them.
Keep up the good work!

That is so awesome. I've had some aha moments too. I keep crossing my legs just like you he he! I also for the first time feel skinny. Thought I'm not actually skinny yet I do feel it. Even my forearms are smaller and my engagement ring and wedding bands don't fit anymore. I had to put them away for safe keeping a few weeks ago. Congrats on all your wow moments!
