Anyone Near Lenoir And Go To Quest4Life?

I'm just curious if anyone goes to the Qust4Life center in Lenoir.

I am planning on going in the early mornig...5am anyone? So I can get some swimming and water aerobics in before work.

I'd be glad to have a friend or two and may even go to Hickory to workout if that's better for someone.
