Weekend CheckIn
Good Morning everyone!!!
Yesterday was a very productive day for me. The OBX group is slowly getting going (Thanks Jen!!) and had a yard sale to benefit Relay for Life. What a beautiful day on the Outer Banks. We didn't make a huge amount of money but we didn't have a whole lot of stuff either. So it was up early to get there and hang out. Then back home for some "quality" back yard camping. (new pictures in my profile) That meant it was time to get the popup camper out and cleaned up ----OMG!!! When you haven't used something in almost 3 years - YUCK!!!! Add to that the fact that it was my teenagers and their uncle were the last to use it - DOUBLE YUCK!!! But I am convinced that there is nothing that Clorox Cleanup cannot clean. My little popup really shines now. I'm not sure how I could go about figuring out my activity level for yesterday without having some Go Fit wear but I know that this morning - I'm sore. What a productive workout.
Today is going to be a simple, quiet Sunday (I hope!!) or at least that's the plan. There's a little more stuff we want to do with the camper. And then who knows - maybe a walk on the beach and a "friendly" family sand castle building competition. I'm thinking the boys vs. the girls.
Food hasn't been a challenge at all this weekend. YEAH!! It's probably been because I've been too busy to stop and nibble - high protein snacks are what I've stocked for the fridge and pantry. Going back to the basics has meant that I kept a water bottle with me all day - so I'm pretty certain I got all of that in as well.
Well it's time to step away from the computer and get ready to go to church. I hipe all of yall have a wonderful day!!!

Today I demoed Lindt Truffles for Target and other products made by Lindt.
I have had the candy in my house in the back room for over a week.
I never one time sampled any of it.
Oh I remember it well and it was enjoyed by at least 600 people today.
I did have left over but it did not come home with me in fact I told my lead person I can not take this home and put leftovers in the Target break room.
Next weekend I have a new Willy Wonka chocolate to give out and it too is in the back room.
I fought to have my surgery and a new life and will not give in to my old ways.
I suffered for many years and have not forgot how life was.
